1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences, maintain your session, and understand how you interact with the site. Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).

2. Cookies We Use

EAFree uses a minimal set of cookies, strictly necessary for Platform operation: • Authentication Session Cookie — Purpose: maintains your login session so you stay signed in. — Type: essential, session. — Duration: expires when you sign out or after session timeout. • CSRF Token Cookie — Purpose: protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. — Type: essential, session. — Duration: expires with your session. • Referral Attribution Cookie — Purpose: attributes your signup to the affiliate who referred you, using a first-touch model. — Type: functional, persistent. — Duration: 60 days from first visit via a referral link.

3. Cookies We Do NOT Use

EAFree does not use: • Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. • Social media tracking pixels. • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services. We believe in privacy by design and only use cookies that are necessary for the Platform to function correctly.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set infrastructure-level cookies for load balancing and performance optimization. These cookies do not contain personal data and are strictly necessary for content delivery. No other third-party cookies are set through the Platform.

5. How to Manage Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to: • View what cookies are stored and delete them individually. • Block all cookies or only third-party cookies. • Set preferences for specific websites. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core Platform features. Disabling the referral cookie means affiliate referrals cannot be attributed. For instructions on managing cookies in your browser: • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies • Safari: Preferences > Privacy • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
