How we think about the work
Start from the business
A beautiful site that does not help customers understand you and get in touch has not done its job. The first question is always: what does your customer need to do on this page?
Name the trade-offs
Every feature adds cost and something to maintain. When there are two ways to go, we say what each one gains and loses, and you choose.
Hand over so you stay in control
Source code written for the project, accounts, documentation and backups belong to you within the agreed scope; third-party components follow their own licences. You can keep working with us or with anyone else.

What handover includes
